Loftness is North America’s leading brand of grain baggers, and the XLB10 is the most fully featured grain bag loader on the market. It’s engineered for larger bag capacity, easier bag loading, improved transport and more. Not to mention, it’s made in the U.S.A. with standard parts and supported by a large North American dealer network. So when you compare it with anything else available, the XLB10 is clearly the bigger, better bagger.
Flexible Storage. Unlimited Possibilities. There are different reasons for bagging grain. You could be using grain bags to speed up harvest. Or looking to add storage for a bumper crop. Or it could even be your primary grain storage method. Either way, we’re here to help ensure your grain bagging success.
Count on UsThick steel construction. Off-the-shelf parts. Shear bolt protection. Easy access maintenance panels. Every aspect of the XLB10 is engineered for durability, reliability and low maintenance because you can’t afford unnecessary downtime at harvest.
Keep the Combines RollingDon’t let trucks or lack of labor slow you down at harvest. Bag your grain directly in the field to speed up harvest and keep your combines moving. The XLB10 can transfer grain at rates up to 30,000 bushels per hour, so it’s the last thing slowing you down.
Do the Easy LiftingThe XLB10 makes it easier to load heavy grain bags onto the tunnel. That’s because it has a unique jib crane and trolley system. Simply use the remote control to lift the bag off the ground and slide it into place on the tunnel.
Built for Big BagsUnlike most other units that can only hold 300-foot-long grain bags, the XLB10 has a specialized tunnel and bag pan to accommodate 10-foot-diameter bags that are up to 500 feet long. This allows approximately 22,000 bushels of storage per bag.
Wheels to Get You on the Road AgainThe XLB10 comes with a set of dedicated transport wheels. That means less wear on the traction tires. It also means you’ll never again have to worry about releasing the traction wheel brake pressure before going down the road.
